The house is beautiful, clean, and full of amenities. Beds are very comfortable and the house is quiet. It’s a quick and easy walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants, but the house and yard are also nice serene spots to spend time in. The location feels very safe.

This was a great place with a relaxed vibe, perfect for what we were looking for. Seth was very communicative and responded quickly to all questions. All amenities that would possibly be needed were available, beach chairs, large beach towels, pool noodles, just to name a few. If you are looking for a great house in the St. Augustine, FL area, this is the one!

The house was stocked with everything you need to spend a day at the beach or relax at the pool. It was clean, comfortable, and good location. I can’t think of anything we didn’t have available to us at this property one would need for a beach vacation! We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this Airbnb to all!

Seth’s place was amazing! Exactly as pictured, spotless, well maintained, and perfectly located. It’s a walkable area minutes from the heart of downtown. His communication was always timely and friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% book this place again!

Super Satisfied, I was able to do my son 18th Birthday in a private property next to the beach and have friends over with no space issues at all. We had a blast at this million dollar home. Thank you so much for trusting me with your property. I would recommend you as a 5 star.

Seth was a great host. We got into the area a little earlier than expected and Seth was really helpful with getting us checked in early. The house is beautiful inside and out. The beds were comfortable and anything needed for a beach day, including a portable speaker is there. I would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful property! My wife and I love Vilano and have stayed at several different locations over the past few years. This is by far our favorite of all of them.
Seth is a wonderful host, very quick to respond to any messages and eager to provide tips to make your stay more comfortable. The home is stunning, very clean and super comfortable. We loved the different outdoor seating areas for different times of the day. Lanai for morning coffee, open patio for late afternoon drinks in the sun and the covered patio for dinner hot off the excellent grill.
Walking distance to some really great dining options, pubs or grocery shopping. The beach is only a few, short steps away or you can drive your vehicle right onto the beach at Porpoise Point. This really is the best part of Vilano with old St Augustine only a couple of miles away and Sawgrass just down the scenic A1A in Ponte Vedra. You can practice on the excellent golf simulator before heading over to Sawgrass!

All the finishing touches and clean spaces made us feel right at home. The outdoor space with the pool was perfect to come back to after a fun day at the beach. It is a very easy walk to restaurants, the grocery store, and the beach. It was only about a seven minute drive to get into St Augustine and explore the historical area. Would highly recommend!

A truly amazing house minutes from the beach. The interior design was beautiful and Seth was a great host. Supermarket and local restaurants are around the corner, and the beach is at the end of the street. Pool & hot tub are very private and really well maintained.
Highly recommend a stay here and we are already looking forward to returning!
