I'm not always great about leaving reviews, but this stay absolutely deserved one. The home is gorgeous and just one block from beach access which was perfect. What truly made our stay special were all the thoughtful little extras throughout the house... things you don't typically find in other airbnbs. It was clear from our communication that Seth genuinely cares about his guests experience. We would absolutely stay here again and are already curious to see what other properties he has available.

Very much enjoyed staying here especially with Seth as the host. He was the most responsive host we have had. Very impressed with the response time and the ease of everything involved. The small things made a big difference. Would definitely stay again.

The place worked out perfect for our family of 5! The heated pool was a favorite for our young kids. Was just a short easy drive up to St Augustine! Would definitely stay here again!

Spotlessly clean and in a really peaceful location. Seth is responsive and proactive in his support. Lots of small value adds all throughout the house. Back yard is great for the dog, fully fenced, major plus.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was absolutely beautiful — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The heated pool was a huge highlight for us and made the trip extra relaxing. It was perfectly maintained and ready to enjoy as soon as we arrived.
The waterfront setting made it even more special. Waking up to the peaceful water views and enjoying the privacy of the property truly made it feel like a getaway. It was quiet and serene while still being in such a convenient location.
Seth was a fantastic host — responsive, friendly, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience.
The location couldn’t have been better. It’s close enough to the main town to easily enjoy restaurants and activities, but far enough away to feel peaceful and away from the heavy tourist traffic. We also really appreciated that it’s dog friendly — it made traveling so much easier

Seth was the most responsive host that we have had. We booked the house while driving to Florida only a few hours before arriving. He made the process so easy and the house was ready and welcoming.

A++ House on Vilano Beach so close to everything St. Augustine has to offer. Seth was a great host giving us all the support we needed to get through our stay. The beach is close walk away and the pool and spa were just right for our family. The kitchen and amenities were new and clean and the game room in the garage gave us so much to do. Thank you for the hospitality, we will definitely be back!!

This house & Seth (the host) were absolutely amazing! My husband and I traveled with our dog and our 2 kids (3 & 1.5) and booked this very last minute (24 hours from check in). From start to finish Seth was incredibly helpful, the house was perfect and more than enough house for us. PERFECT walking distance to the beach in a quiet part of town. Seth was proactive in communicating and checking in, honestly overall above & beyond our expectations.

The home had everything you could ask for and then some! Beautiful home, great pool, lots of fun things to enjoy. Peaceful deck, I could've slept there it was so sunny and breezy and comfy! Welcome baskets were over the top with variety of goodies! Seth responded to. everything within seconds, very impressive! We will definitely be back to stay again!!

We had a group of 12 and still felt comfortable and like there was enough space without feeling crowded! Seth was super responsive and kind. We couldn’t ask for a better location- walking distance to the main attractions.
