Neither is step-free. • Two buildings: you step outside and cross the garden path to reach the annex. • Pets welcome. No events and no smoking. • Every reservation includes our mandatory damage waiver for accidental damage. Flagler College is a flat 7-minute walk from the front door, and its facade is the most photographed building of Nights of Lights. Nine minutes gets you to the Old City Gates, the top of St George Street, where the shops and restaurants start. Figure about 15 minutes to Plaza de la Constitucion, the Lightner Museum and Castillo de San Marcos, and about 20 to the Bridge of Lions. The Treasury on the Plaza is the same walk as the Plaza itself, which is why wedding parties book this house. The street sits a few blocks off the busy ones, and guests call it peaceful and then mention how close historic downtown is. One past group made a straight shot to Fish Camp and Ragga Surf Cafe. Add a few minutes on Nights of Lights evenings when the sidewalks fill.
Guest Access
The whole place is yours: the main chapel, the annex across the garden path and the entry garden. Only the owners' closets at the front entrance and upstairs stay locked. Let yourself in whenever you arrive with the smart lock. Park free on the street out front with the two passes we provide; a third car goes to the paid Historic Downtown Parking Facility, a 10-minute mostly flat walk. The loft is reached only by the narrow iron spiral staircase.
