Guests are responsible for reporting any damages immediately so they can be resolved appropriately. Failure to report damages may result in additional charges. ✅ Accidental damage is fully covered, no questions asked. ✅ Just let us know right away if something happens so we can handle it smoothly on the back end. ✅ When reported during your stay, there is no further involvement required from you. This way, you can relax knowing that the little things are taken care of. The property is regularly serviced with professional landscaping, spa maintenance, and pest control. We’ll notify you of any scheduled services upon check-in to minimize disruption and maintain the home’s quality. Cancellation Policy: Once your booking is confirmed, our calendar is blocked for your dates. We are unable to offer refunds outside our stated policy. Florida Environment: Due to our warm climate, occasional bug sightings may occur.
