Guests are responsible for reporting any damages immediately so they can be resolved appropriately. Failure to report damages may result in additional charges. ✅ Accidental damage is fully covered, no questions asked. ✅ Just let us know right away if something happens so we can handle it smoothly on the back end. ✅ When reported during your stay, there is no further involvement required from you.
