I booked this house because it has a golf simulator but I am so pleased with every aspect of the home. All the furnishings, appliances, design, flooring, are amazing quality. The golf simulator is a high end version, the tub and shower are stunning and comfortable, the backyard is well kept and spacious. The hot tub is easy to use and heated well, perfect for chilly March weather. The fence was great for our two larger dogs. I like to cook on vacation and the kitchen had everything we needed as far as cookware. The beach is SO close. Very easy walk to a nice beach access that has showers, bathrooms etc. Also special mention to Michael’s steakhouse which is one block away and was fantastic food! Thanks for hosting us. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We had a fantastic time at this home hosted by Seth, Cheri, and team. Instructions were clear and inline with the listing so arriving and checking in was easy. The house has been well prepared and is beautiful inside and outside. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and we never lacked for the main amenities and utilities you would expect. The patio area is the star and it kept our family entertained with tons to do including the pool, spa, grill, fire pit, and golf (and more). There are tons of leaves falling this time of year so that can’t be avoided but it didn’t impact the experience. Kudos to the team for having beach essentials and bikes that were easily accessible. The beach is just a two block walk and we had a great time. Overall, great stay, great communication, and we hope to come back for another fantastic beach trip. Thanks!

This place fit my whole party comfortably and had everything you need for a nice and easy stay at the beach. The price was very reasonable and affordable. The host responded very quickly and happily accommodated for our needs.

I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs and I’ve never been at one that so accurately matched the pictures, the description, and the reviews. Seth’s place was spotless, comfortable, and great for our family trip to Vilano! Everything felt brand new. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed - and all clearly labeled. In addition to the games inside, there were lawn games and beach toys - tons to keep the kids busy. The public beach access is right across the street, the house had 2 wagons to haul all the beach equipment - which they also provided. I’ll add that the beach chairs, umbrella, and toys were also very nice, not cheap stuff that you usually expect at a rental. Would definitely stay again, no notes!

Seth is an amazing host, very responsive and kind. Beautiful home and backyard. Felt like home away from home and included everything you would need for a stay: cooking utensils, games, extra blankets and towels, etc. Property was spotless, very homey and comfortable. Nice quiet area that felt safe. Wonderful stay with family and friends. Will definitely recommend and book again.

Seth was so helpful accommodating our group! The twelve of us had such a great time especially with how walkable the location is. The driveway easily fit our four cars which didn't need to move our whole stay. The house was well outfitted for our cookout the first night and had plenty of space for spending time together throughout the visit. We all felt like we had our own space with six private bedrooms as well! We'd happily stay with Seth again in the future and very highly recommend this beautiful home!

We had the most amazing stay and even extended our time! The house is lovely, beautifully designed and decorated and very spacious. They had so many extras with a large selection of snacks, water, a fully stocked coffee bar and great kitchen. Loved the indoor fireplaces and the outdoor living areas, pool and hot tub. Could not have asked for a better host. Seth provided easy instructions, great communication and was very responsive. The home is truly a gem and just a short walk from Velano Beach. Can’t wait to go back!
