Seth was the best host I have ever experienced renting out airbnb’s! Any question that I had, he got back to me within 5 minutes!! He was very professional and proactive!

The home is beautiful, and it's stacked with everything you could ever need. If you have kids, they will LOVE rifling through all the toys in the garage. There's even an arcade machine with tons of old school games like Ms. PacMan. Beach is a stones throw away. Can't recommend this place enough.

We had a wonderful stay! Seth was incredibly responsive from start to finish, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The house itself was great — very clean, well-maintained with modern appliances. We also loved the selection of welcome snacks, popcorn, sparkling water, and the plenty of dishes and space for our group. The location was super convenient and walkable to Old Town St. Augustine + trolley visitor center, and an awesome playground called Project Swing (huge plus when you’re traveling with a 3 y/o — parks are life 😅). We were in town for the Christmas lights, and fun fact: the Renaissance Hotel right next door might have the best Christmas lights in town. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable, and the hotel-grade towels were a really nice touch. The only tiny thing we wished for was one more bathroom and maybe a baby gate option between the 2nd and 3rd floors for families with toddlers. All and all, it’s an amazing place — perfect for larger group!

We came to visit St. Augustine for a break from a crazy work schedule. this was the perfect place for a restful and totally relaxing break. The house had everything you could need, there were plenty of spots to kick back and read or hang out. It was close to the beach and the historic area was a short drive. We loved our stay!

Seth’s place is just perfect! My kids enjoyed fishing and swimming! We even made s’mores one night. Close to downtown! We loved the privacy and quietness of this home away from home! We will definitely be back again! Also the conditioner smelled AMAZING! 😂

Overall a great place and great experience with Seth and his team. They were incredibly responsive and attended immediately to any issues we had on check in. The house was very clean as well as the outdoor space was clean and nicely landscaped. Our kids enjoyed endless hours in the pool and toasting s’mores by the fire. We were a little disappointed that the kayaks weight limit was only for 130lbs so the adults weren’t able to use them. Also, the beds sunk in the middle and weren’t the most comfortable but otherwise five star stay!

We loved our time at this house! Very clean. Seth was very responsive and helpful. My kids loved the pool, and fishing in the canal! Even caught a flounder. Between the downstairs games, pool, fishing, and outdoor tv we were never bored! Highly recommend staying.

This was a beautiful and very spacious house. We rented it for a girls weekend and there were 5 of us- all of us getting our own bedroom. It was nice in the morning to sit in the backyard and enjoy our coffee under the pergola. Seth was very responsive and runs a spotless and efficient Airbnb. You can’t beat the location- you can walk everywhere. Definitely would return to this house.

First off, this place was amazing.. close to everything (including the beach)… everything was super clean, hot tub was crystal clear, backyard is amazing. Secondly, Seth is an amazing host… I have not had a host like him in my 5 years of air b&b… man is on top of his game! Can’t replace that! I’d come back 100%
