⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Absolutely Perfect Stay! Seth’s beach house was amazing from start to finish! The entire place was super comfortable, clean, and beautifully set up for a relaxing and fun getaway. The heated pool was a highlight — we spent hours enjoying it, no matter the weather! The barbecue area was perfect for evening cookouts, and the playroom kept everyone entertained. All the rooms were spacious and cozy, and everything was just as described — or even better. You can tell a lot of care was put into making this home welcoming. We had a fantastic time and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Seth’s place. We had a large group and we never felt crowded, the house was big enough for us all to be comfortable. This place is perfect for young kids, as it is very well baby proofed and stocked on all the essentials to make it easier when traveling with kids. We loved the location being so close to the beach. The house was very clean and felt even bigger in person. We would definitely stay here again!

This house really was almost heaven! If we weren’t at the beach then we were by the pool. The backyard is an oasis. We really enjoyed going to see the historic district which is just a short drive. There’s shopping and treats. Our vacation was wonderful. Thanks so much Seth!!!

Our family of six had an incredible stay. The beach is beautiful and a 2 minute walk. The bikes are new and great for the beach and neighborhood. Easy drive to beach restaurants and downtown St. augustine. Lots to do and perfect, well equipped home. All of our needs were met!

Where do I begin?! My husband and I took a long weekend trip to St Augustine for our wedding anniversary, and I picked this home for our stay. Needless to say I made the right decision. We never ran out of towels and we had some snacks waiting for us when we finally arrived at 1am. We’ll definitely be staying here anytime we visit the area!

This house is absolutely beautiful and has literally everything you could think of! All we had to do was go to the grocery store, the kitchen has all of the stuff that you would need to cook dinner all week! we loved the screened in pool and not once did we get ate up by mosquitoes! seth is such a responsive host and was so helpful with everything we messaged about! the house was well stocked with towels (pool towels included), extra blankets, and even a speaker! we can’t wait to come back again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely beach house — just a short, scenic walk from the sand. It was the perfect setting for our little one’s first beach experience, and our two-year-old absolutely loved every moment! The house was impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need — from the kitchen to the living room, and especially the beach gear. The chairs, towels, toys, even safety items were all thoughtfully provided and top quality. Seth, our host, was excellent — consistently in touch, proactive, and always ready to help. His attentiveness made our trip relaxed and carefree. We couldn’t have asked for more. The combination of an ideal location, full amenities, and a responsive host made this stay truly memorable. We will definitely stay here again — highly recommended!

Thank you so much for everything. The place was perfect and you truly thought of everything needed to have a great vacation. There were so many amenities. Everything was clean and well organized. My active boys (7 and 10) loved the big, beautiful, fully fenced backyard tropical oasis. The hot tub and huge outdoor shower were a big hit. There is anything beach related you could need all there for you. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes and the beach is not crowded at all. Having a rental car to drive to historical downtown is a must when you want to get off the beach. We loved the alligator farm and the haunted ghost tour. Our host, Seth, was very responsive to communicate with and super helpful.
