This place was an amazing getaway for a first family vacation! The home was clean and beautiful, the pool and backyard was private and full of fun amenities! The game room was awesome! There was plenty of pool and beach equipment, didn’t need for anything. The walk to the beach is so quick and easy! We loved it and are sad to be going home. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Seth’s place was everything promised. The home is on the canal (which was perfect for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening) just 5 minutes from Butler beach (beautiful powder fine white sand). The home itself is immaculate, with every and anything you could think of to make your stay seamless. The snack bar set up was thoughtful and my teens loved it. Being a NYC native I was tickled to find authentic NY style pizza at Bronx house pizzeria. St. Augustine is a beautiful old city with an abundance of activities for all ages. This home was the perfect resting place, so much so that we booked an extra night. We would surely return. Thank you so much for the space and thinking of everything to provide a comfortable, seamless stay.

This place was just incredible. The house was clean and had a nice layout. The host was incredible in communication and even left us a ton of snacks. Never got to use the hot tub, but we did check it and it was cleaned and ready for use. The golf simulator was super fun to use...just be careful of your swing and the location of the projector just above your head...we moved the chipping felt back about 3 ft and we were completely clear. Tons of goodies for all your exploration and beach needs (even though we didn't use any of it). We were there for a work week trip, but the location was peaceful and comfortable. Highly recommend the area for a quieter part of St Augustine...and if you are looking for a fantastic dinner a quick walk to Hyatt Place and eat at Michael's Steakhouse or hit up Pesca Rooftop.

its difficult to put into words the week we had at Seths home. it is truly paradise. but beyond that, Seth is the friendliest host ive ever had the opportunity to communicate with. in addition to this beautiful home equipped with a pool overlooking the water and private dock to fish from, youll also find so many thoughtful, intentional extras. the welcome snack bar greeting you when you walk in the door is incredible. games including cornhole boards, tvs in every room, beautiful landscaping, getting to enjoy coffee or eat meals by the water!! Seths home has it all and more. we couldnt have had a better week. we hope to return again and again!

Beautuful 'old home' with great touches. Property was very clean, well kept and in a great location (walking distance to St. Aug old town). Seth (host) was very communicative and a gracious host. Our family enjoyed the time we spent on property. Thank you Seth!

We had such a great stay! The house was clean, cozy, and perfectly located near the beach and downtown St. Augustine. The host was super responsive and made everything easy. We loved relaxing on the patio and enjoying the peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again — thank you for a wonderful weekend!

We had a great time in Saint Augustine and the house was beautiful and worked out great for our large crew. There was plenty of space to spread out and the kids enjoyed the games while the adults enjoyed the porches and the sound of beach waves and from the top floor, the view of the ocean. We were literally minutes from the beach and walked to there everyday. The house is also 10 minutes from the historic area of St. Augustine which we were able to visit. Seth was awesome and communicated with us throughout our time. We had a couple things that needed to be fixed but he was quick to send someone out to take care of those issues. The house was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Kudos to the house keepers. Definitely a great home to stay in!

Wonderful host and home. Me and my friend both enjoyed our stay very much. The house has everything you could possibly need!! The board games and welcome snacks were a very sweet touch and welcoming touch. The host were very accommodating and extremely quick with their response times. They put together a nice guide for their guest so you don’t miss a thing! Would definitely stay here again.

This property was absolutely perfect. The outside area was so relaxing. The house is very spacious, clean and was well stocked. We were fortunate to be able to take care of all of the amenities in the beautiful backyard. Already planning to stay again this spring.

Seth was an amazing host, we will absolutely be back!!! House was meticulously cleaned and perfect for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the outside areas. The backyard pool area is perfect for a great relaxing time and the outdoor kitchen is setup just right. Very close walking distance to downtown. Seth was very quick to respond to anything we needed. We would highly recommend staying here and we can’t wait to go back again!
