We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location couldn't be better—just steps from the sand and close to great restaurants and shops. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed, from beach chairs to kitchen essentials. The amenities were top-notch and made our stay super comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very responsive, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. You can really tell they care about their guests having a great experience. We can't wait to come back!

Great house, 10 minute walk to beach. Even shorter drive and you can pay to park on the beach with 4x4 vehicle. Every restaurant was delicious. Historic St. augustine is only 15 minutes away with a lot to do.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean, beautiful and comfortable. Having 3 full beautiful bathrooms was great for the 10 of us that stayed there. The beach was steps away and Downtown Old St Augustine was a short drive away. Are host Seth was so helpful and very attentive. We are hoping we can stay again next year.

Thank you so much for hosting us! The home was even more spacious in person. We loved the back yard and corn hole boards. We cooked a lot of meals and the kitchen came well stocked. The only items I'd recommend would be new silverware and a couple more baking sheets. The beach wagons were very useful. Overall, we really loved your home.

First time to St Augustine and we could not have picked a better place to stay. Beautiful backyard with pool, short walk to the beach, and short drive to St Augustine historical district. We’ll definitely be back!

This is an amazing home with all you need to enjoy your vacation! Close to everything but also has everything you can think of to stay comfy, cozy and enjoy all the home and outdoor entertainment space has to offer. Host Seth was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The kitchen was especially impressive, fully equipped with appliances, spices, and utensils that made cooking easy and enjoyable. The outdoor space was a true highlight—like having our own private paradise. It was perfect for relaxing and spending time together as a family. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. A wonderful experience all around!

Seth’s place goes above and beyond - it’s easy to find, has ample space for a large group, and was very clean. They left us generous snacks for our arrival and had plenty of beach towels and supplies.

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location to be able to walk to everything. Seth was very responsive to any questions and communicated well and timely during our stay
