Welcome to Our Home! Please Review and Follow These Rules for a Great Stay: -General Rules- No Parties or Events: Parties are not allowed, and security cameras monitor the property entrance. Unauthorized parties will lead to reservation cancellation without refund. However, contact us in advance to discuss any event plans; approval may be possible with additional fees. Pet Policy: We love pets too! But please keep pets off furniture unless covered. You’re responsible for any pet-related damages or stains. Respect Quiet Hours: To keep our community peaceful, keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM as per city ordinance. Noise violations or unauthorized gatherings will lead to security deposit retention and possible reservation termination. -Pool & Hot Tub Rules- Rinse Off Before Entry: Use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand and dirt. No Food or Drinks in the Pool/Hot Tub: This keeps our water clean and equipment safe. Do Not Touch Pool Equipment or Electrical Panels. For maintenance, contact us. -Important Penalty Information- Septic System: Only flush toilet paper; other items clog the system. Clog repair fee is $300 plus repair costs. Towel Replacement: $30 per damaged or missing towel. Smoking Fee: $350 for any smoking inside the home. Lost Keys: $50 to rekey. Late Checkout: $150 if not pre-approved by 10 AM. Additional Guests: $50 per unregistered guest. Carpet Stains: $10 per stain for shoes on carpeted areas. Excessive Cleaning: $200 if the home requires significant extra cleaning. Pool/Hot Tub Clean Out: $200+ if special cleaning is needed. Grill Cleaning: $45 for uncleaned grills. Damaged Items: Charged at fair market value. -Pool & Spa Safety Rules- No Alcohol, Drugs, or Medications while using the pool/spa. Food and Beverages: Keep away from the water. No Smoking around the pool/spa. Shower Before Use to keep the water clean. No Glass Items near the pool/spa. Health Precautions: Do not use if sick or have open wounds. Consult a doctor if pregnant or with health conditions. Children Must Be Supervised. Weather Caution: Exit during thunderstorms. Spa Temperature Guidelines: Max temp 102°F, automated system maintains and turns off spa after 90 minutes. No Pets in the Hot Tub. Any damages from rule violations may result in full security deposit collection or fees.

Unlike a hotel we do not have staff on-site 24/7. However, we take every measure necessary to ensure a top quality stay. This home also has weekly and monthly services such as landscaping, pool/spa cleaning, and pest control. Upon check-in we will notify you of dates and times when crews can be on-site. ▪️Cancelation Policy - Please review our cancellation policy. Once the booking is confirmed we block off our calendar. As owners we cannot afford to refund outside our policies. Due to this we strongly recommend travelers insurance. ▪️While this is sunny Florida, bugs are not an uncommon thing. We have taken every measure along the exterior and interior of the home to prevent bugs/pests with reoccurring pest control services.
