Pet Policy: We love dogs too! But please keep dogs off furniture unless covered. You’re responsible for any pet-related damages or stains. $125/dog 65 Lbs or Less Respect Quiet Hours: To keep our community peaceful, keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM as per city ordinance. Noise violations or unauthorized gatherings will lead to security deposit retention and possible reservation termination. -Important Fee Information- Damaged Items: Charged at fair market value or the invoiced amount for professional services -Pool & Spa Safety Rules- No Alcohol, Drugs, or Medications while using the pool/spa. Food and Beverages: Keep away from the water. No Smoking around the pool/spa. Shower Before Use to keep the water clean. No Glass Items near the pool/spa. Health Precautions: Do not use if sick or have open wounds. Consult a doctor if pregnant or with health conditions. Children Must Be Supervised. Weather Caution: Exit during thunderstorms. Temperature Guidelines: Turn down to 95°F after use; do not enter if water is above 104°F. Rinse Off Before Entry: Use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand and dirt. While we don’t have 24/7 on-site staff like a hotel, our dedicated team is always just a message away to ensure your stay exceeds expectations. A signed waiver and rental agreement are required after confirmed bookings. A $35 damage waiver fee covers accidental damage up to $500. This protects both you and the property—no security deposit required. The property is regularly serviced with professional landscaping, spa maintenance, and pest control. We’ll notify you of any scheduled services upon check-in to minimize disruption and maintain the home’s quality. Cancellation Policy: Once your booking is confirmed, our calendar is blocked for your dates. We are unable to offer refunds outside our stated policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind. Florida Environment: Due to our warm climate, occasional bug sightings may occur. Please know that we conduct regular, professional pest control both indoors and outdoors to keep the property in pristine condition. Lost & Found Policy: If you leave something behind, we’re happy to assist. A $25 minimum shipping fee + $25 service fee applies and must be paid in advance. A detailed receipt and the remaining balance will be provided with the shipment.
